That is a dolphin. Dolphins have a flat back fin. Sharks come to a point like the dorsal fin. He is swimming with the dolphin!!! Just my guess I could be wrong….
You are correct. Look at the fluke. Horizontal not vertical. That is a bottle nose dolphin. When it breaks surface its back will be exposed… another difference from a shark.
